NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Whatcom County Council SECTION 1. Annual Fee An annual service and maintenance fee for burglary and robbery alarms terminating in the City /County Joint Law Enforcement Communi- cations Center is $240.00, commencing- on the effective date of Whatcom County Ordinance No. 82 -33 regulating burglary and robbery alarm systems, and pro -rated for the year 1982. SECTION 2. Fee for False Alarm The fee for false alarms, imposed by Section 5.50.040C of the Whatcom County Code is $25.00, commencing on the effective date of Whatcom County Ordinance No. 82 -33 regulating burglary and robbery alarm systems.
