A JOINT RESOLUTION BETWEEN THE CITY OF BELLINGHAM
AND WHATCOr.1 COUNTY OF ENDORSEMENT FOR DEVELOPMENT
OF THE DOWNTOWN BELLINGHAM REGIONAL RETAIL CENTER
IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED by Whatcom County and the City of
Bellingham that Whatcom County and the City of Bellingham agree and
proclaim their recognition of the efforts of downtown Bellingham to
develop as a regional retail center and endorse the present efforts
of Sutter Hill in that regard.
PASSED this 15th day of April 1982.
