RESOLUTION NO. 82 -22
A RESOLUTION AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 81 -56
PURSUANT TO THE ESTABLISHMENT OF
THE PUBLIC DEFENDER DEPARTMENT
WHEREAS, Resolution 81 -56 established a .salary schedule for the
non -union Whatcom County Employees, and
WHEREAS, the Public Defender Department has been established
pursuant to Ordinance No. 82 -22 , and
WHEREAS, the nature of the work performed by this department
dictates the exempt status of some of the employees within it,
and
WHEREAS, the positions deemed necessary to this office have
been approved by the Personnel Director for correct title,
salary range and level;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED the following positions are
hereby approved as exempt and are established at stated ranges
and levels for the 1982 fiscal year:
