RESOLUTION NO. 82 -10'
A RESOLUTION OF INTENT TO VACATE A PORTION OF
COUNTY ROAD NO. 63, TELEGRAPH ROAD, LOCATED IN
SECTION 10, TOWNSHIP 39 NORTH, RANGE 3.EAST
OF W.M.
WHEREAS, most of County Road No. 63, Telegraph Road, has not
been used or opened as part of the County road system in the County,
and,
WHEREAS, much of this road was vacated, as far back as 1912
and currently is under cultivation or is occupied by buildings;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Whatcom County Council
hereby declares its intention to vacate and abandon that portion
of County Road No. 63, described as follows:
That portion of Road #63, Old Telegraph Road, not
previously vacated, running northeasterly through
Section 10, Township 39 North, Range 3 East.of W.M.
and hereby directs the County Engineer to report upon such vacation
and abandonment.
