RESOLUTION NO. 83--66 {l
A RESOLUTION IN THE MATTER OF CANCELLATION
OF WARRANTS OVER ONE YEAR OLD
IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE PROVISIONS OF
R.C.W. 36.22.100 RELATING TO
THE CANCELLATION OF WARRANTS
WHEREAS, Revised Code of Washington 36.22.100 provides that
registered or interest - bearing county warrants not presented
within one year of the date of .their call, and all other County
warrants not presented within one year of the date of their
issue shall be cancelled by the legislative authority of the
County, and
WHEREAS, the County records indicate that there are warrants
which fall within the provisions of the foregoing chapter;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the County Auditor and the
County Treasurer are hereby directed to cancel all record of
such warrants, so as to leave the funds as if such warrants had
never been drawn.
SAID WARRANTS to be,cancelled are as follows:
