RESOLUTION NO. 83 -53
A RESOLUTION IN THE MATTER OF CANCELLATION OF
WARRANTS OVER ONE YEAR OLD IN ACCORDANCE WITH
THE PROVISIONS OF R.C.W. 36.22.100 RELATING
TO THE CANCELLATION OF WARRANTS
WHEREAS, Revised Code of Washington 36.22 provides that
cancellation of warrants leaves the fund as if such
warrants had never been drawn;
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the County Auditor and County
Treasurer be, and they are hereby, directed to cancel and
strike from the records of Whatcom County certain warrants
which, through called by the County Treasurer for payment,
have not been presented within a period of one year from the
date of their issuance:
