A RESOLUTION IN THE MATTER OF AMENDING
THE SALARY SCHEDULE FOR NON -UNION
WHATCOM COUNTY EMPLOYEES FOR 1983
WHEREAS, a Resolution adopting a salary schedule for non -union
employees was adopted on NovembEkr 29, 1982, and
WHEREAS, It has come to the attention of the County Executive
that a clerical error has been discovered in the establishment of
the wage of one Deputy I, Prosecuting Attorney position in
RESOLUTION NO. 82 -60, and
WHEREAS, the County Council did budget funds in the correct
amount to pay the position at the correct salary, and adequate
funds remain in the salary line item of the Prosecuting
Attorney's budget for the position.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that Resolution No. 82 -60 titled
A RESOLUTION IN THE MATTER OF ADOPTING A SALARY SCHEDULE FOR THE
NON -UNION WHATCOM COUNTY EMPLOYEES FOR THE YEAR OF 1983 be, and
hereby is, amended as follows:
