RESOLUTION NO. 83 -23 ✓��
A RESOLUTION IN THE MATTER OF SETTING A DATE
FOR A PUBLIC HEARING FOR DECLARING
CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY OWNED BY WHATCOM COUNTY
AS SURPLUS PURSUANT TO R.C.W. 36.34.020
WHEREAS, the following described real property is now and has
been the property of Whatcom County --
5 foot strip of land on 34th street
off Lot 16, Block 6,
of Bay View Addition to Fairhaven
and
WHEREAS, the Whatcom County Executive has determined that it is
in the best interest of the County and the people thereof to
sell. said property;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of Whatcom
County, Washington, that a Public Hearing on the matter of
declaring surplus and establishing a Public Hearing on the
matter of sale of said property be held on the day of
June, 1983, at 7:30 PM or as soon thereafter as it is possible,
in the Whatcom County. Council Chambers, Second Floor, Whatcom
County Courthouse, Bellingham, Washington, for the purpose of
admitting testimony for and against the selling of said
p- roperty.
