A RESOLUTION IN THE MATTER OF SETTING A DATE
FOR A PUBLIC HEARING FOR DECLARING
CERTAIN VEHICLES OWNED BY WHATCOM COUNTY AS SURPLUS
PURSUANT TO R.C.W. 36.34.020
WHEREAS, the following described vehicles are now and have been the property
of Whatcom County,
1972 Harley Davidson 1A345171-12 Sheriff
1974 Harley Davidson 2A46611H4 Sheriff
and
WHEREAS, the Whatcom County Executive has determined that it is in the
best interest of the County and the people thereof to sell said property;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of Whatcom County, Washington,
that a Public Hearing on the matter of declaring surplus and establishing
a Public Hearing on the matter of sale of said property be held on the
17th day of February , 1983, at 7: 30pm, or as soon thereafter as it
i's possible, in the Whatcom County Council Chambers, Second Floor, Whatcom
County Courthouse, Bellingham, Washington, for the purpose of admitting
testimony for and against the selling of said property.
