RESOLUTION NO. 84 -58
• RESOLUTION IN THE MATTER OF AMENDING
• SALARY SCHEDULE FOR THE UNREPRESENTED
WHATCOM COUNTY EMPLOYEES FOR THE YEAR 1984
WHEREAS, a resolution adopting a salary schedule for un-
represented employees was adopted on November 29, 1983,.and
WHEREAS, it is the intent of the Council to associate the salaries
of the unrepresented employee's of the Sheriff's Department with
the terms of the Sheriff's Collective Bargaining Unit in 1984, but
not necessarily in the.future years, and;
WHEREAS, it has come to the attention of the County Executive
that a clerical error has been discovered in the calculation of
three unrepresented employee's salaries in the Sheriff's
Department, in that these positions should have been related to
the Sheriff's Department Collective Bargaining Unit, rather than
the Inside Collective Bargaining Unit during 1984.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that Resolution No. 83 -61 titled
A RESOLUTION IN THE MATTER OF ADOPTING A SALARY SCHEDULE FOR THE
UNREPRESENTED WHATCOM COUNTY EMPLOYEES FOR THE YEAR 1984 be, and
hereby is, amended as follows:
