• RESOLUTION IN THE MATTER OF AMENDING
• SALARY SCHEDULE FOR THE UNREPRESENTED
WHATCOM COUNTY EMPLOYEES FOR THE FIRST
THREE MONTHS OF THE YEAR 1985
WHEREAS, a resolution adopting a salary schedule for un-
represented employees was adopted on November 28, 1984, and;
WHEREAS, it is the intent of the Council to associate the
salaries of the unrepresented employees of the Sheriff's
Department with the terms of the Sheriff's Collective
Bargaining Unit, for the duration of this resolution, but not
necessarily in the future, and;
WHEREAS, it has come to the attention of the County Executive
that a clerical error has been discovered in the placement of
the salaries for three unrepresented employees of the Sheriff's
Department, and,
WHEREAS, It has come to the attention of the County Executive
that an error has been discovered in the salary of the Superior
Court Commissioner, and;
WHEREAS, It has come to the attention of the County Executive
that a clerical error has been discovered in the placement of
the salary range of the Clerk II, Mental Health Department, and;
WHEREAS, It has come to the attention of the County Executive
that one position, that of Personnel Specialist, was omitted.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that Resolution No. 84 -83 titled
A RESOLUTION IN THE MATTER OF ADOPTING A SALARY SCHEDULE FOR THE
UNREPRESENTED WHATCOM COUNTY EMPLOYEES FOR THE FIRST THREE MONTHS
OF THE YEAR 1985 be, and hereby is, amended as follows:
1) The following new section shall be added to the existing
EXHIBIT "B ".
