RESOLUTION NO. 84 -52
A RESOLUTION AMENDING BIRCH BAY
WATER DISTRICT NO. 8 COMPREHENSIVE
PLAN.
WHEREAS, Birch Bay Water District No. 8 moved to amend
their comprehensive plan on August 23, 1984 in accordance with
RCW 57.16.010; and,
WHEREAS, these August 23, 1984 amendments are reasonable
and accepted by the Council with the addition of certain conditions
which are:
1. There shall be no connections to the proposed water
r sewer mains between the two service areas;
2. The plans will be approved by the County Engineer;
3. There will be a revocable encroachment permit required
4. Emergency connections could be accomodated if re-
uested by the Water Association.
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT:
The amendments proposed by Birch Bay Water District No. 8
re adopted and incorporated into this resolution as if fully set
orth herein.
FURTHERMORE, BE IT RESOLVED that in addition to the amend -
ents previously set forth there shall be added to the Birch Bay
omprehensive Plan the following enumerated conditions:
1. There shall be no connections to the proposed water
