A RESOLUTION AMENDING BIRCH BAY SEWER
SYSTEM PLAN
WHEREAS, on the 23rd day of August, 1984, the Birch Bay
Sewer District proposed some amendments to the Comprehensive Plan
in accordance with RCW 56.08.020; and,
WHEREAS, these amendments are reasonable and accepted by
the Council with the addition of certain conditions which are:
1. There shall be no connections to the proposed water
or sewer mains between the two service areas;
2. The plans will be approved by the County Engineer;
3. There will be a revocable encroachment permit require(
4. Emergency connections could be accomodated if request(
by the Water Association.
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT:
The amendments as set forth in the August 23, 1984
resolution which was adopted by the Birch Bay Water District No. 8
are approved and incorporated and adopted by reference into this
resolution as if fully set forth herein.
FURTHERMORE, BE IT RESOLVED that in addition to the amend-
ments previously set forth, there shall be further conditions added
to the Comprehensive Plan of the Birch Bay Sewer District which are:
1. There shall be no connections to the proposed water

2. The plans will be approved by the County Engineer;
3. There will be a revocable encroachment permit required

requested by the Water Association.
