A RESOLUTION IN THE MATTER OF CANCELLATION
OF WARRANTS OVER ONE YEAR OLD IN ACCORDANCE'
WITH THE PROVISIONS OF A.C.W. 36.22.100
WHEREAS, the Revised Code of Washington, R.C.M. 36.22.100, provides that
warrants not presented within one year of issuance shall be cancelled; and
WHEREAS, the below - listed warrants have been outstanding for a period
exoeeding one year;
NOW THEREFORE LET IT
