3 RESOLUTION NO. R4 -20
4 A RESOLUTION IN THE MATTER OF THE WHATCOM COUNTY
COMPREHENSIVE SIX YEAR ROAD PROGRAM FOR THE YEARS
5 1985 THROUGH 1990
6 WHEREAS, pursuant to RCW 36.81.121, W hatcom County has prepared and
7- adopted a-six- year'comprehensive road program; and
8 WHEREAS, following adoption of said program the law requires an annual
9 review of the work accomplished under the program and a determination of
10 current county road needs; and
11 WHEREAS, based upon the findings of the annual review, and after public
12 hearing, a revised and extended comprehensive road program shall be adopted.
13 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED as follows:
14 1. That the Whatcom County Comprehensive Road Program for the years
15 1985 through 1990, which is attached hereto as Exhibit "A ", be and is hereby
16 adopted.
17 2. That the County Engineer is directed to file a copy of same with
18 the Director.
