N0. 84 -13 A RESOLUTION CHANGING THE NAME OF VINING STREET TO VINING ROAD OUTSIDE THE CITY OF BELLINGHAM. WHEREAS, Vining Street was formerly ant unimproved road in Garden Addition to Whatcom, South of Van Wyck Road, and, WHEREAS, said portion of Vining Street has been improved and, WHEREAS, said portion of Vining Street lines up with but does not connect with Vining Street in the City of Bellin&am.,!and WHEREAS, confusion between the locations of the separate portions of Vining Street needs to be avoided, and, WHEREAS, differentiation between the separate portions of Vining Street will be of assistance for emergency calls and deliveries of mail, etc., NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Road name of Vining Street in Garden Addition to Whatcom outside the City of Bellingham shall be changed to .Vining Road, APPROVED this 17th -day of May 1984.
