RESOLUTION NO. 84 -11
A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE ADOPTION OF
PART I OF A COMPREHENSIVE PLAN FOR A
WASTE WATER DISPOSAL SYSTEM FOR WHATCOM.
COUNTY WATER AND SEWER DISTRICT NO. 4
WHEREAS, RCW 56.08 authorizes sewer districts to prepare
and update comprehensive plans for their service area; and, further,
directs that such plans and updatesbe submitted to the County
Legislative Authority for approval; and,
WHEREAS, Whatcom County Water and Sewer District No. 4
has prepared Part I of a comprehensive plan for a wastewater dispose
system which requires the approval of the County Council; and,
WHEREAS, the Council has reviewed the proposed plan and
finds it to be in the public interest;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that Part I of the Compre-
hensive Plan for a wastewater disposal system of Whatcom County
Water and Sewer District No. 4, as more specifically set forth in
Exhibit "A" attached hereto, be and hereby is approved.
