5 RESOLUTION IN THE MATTER OF SETTING A DATE FOR PUBLIC
HEARING FOR DECLARING CERTAIN COUNTY -OWNED VEHICLES
6 SURPLUS PROPERTY PURSUANT TO RCW 36- 34.020
7 WHEREAS, The County -owned vehicles described herein located in the
8 County of Whatcom, State of Washington, at the County Public Works Central
9 Garage at Smith and Northwest roads, more particularly described in the attached
10 Exhibit A, are now and have been property of Whatcom County; and
11 WHEREAS, the County Executive has determined that it is in the best
12 interest of the County and the people thereof to sell said property;
13 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of Whatcom County,
14 Washington, that a public hearing on the matter of declaring surplus and setting
15 a public hearing on the matter of sale of said property to be held on the 19th
16 day of SPPieph e r , 1985, at 7:30 p.m., or as soon thereafter as it is
17 possible, in the Whatcom County Council Chambers, second floor, Whatcom County
18 Courthouse, Bellingham, Washington, for the purpose of admitting testimony for
19 and against the selling of said property.
