RESOLUTION NO. 85 -33
AN RESOLUTION REGARDING THE MATTER OF
PLACING A NAME ON A CERTAIN COUNTY ROAD RIGHT OF WAY
WHEREAS, the County road right of way beginning at Loomis Trail Road and
extending southwesterly to and beyond County Road Bridge No. 44 has no name.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the above described roadway, located
within Sections 17 and 20, Township 40 North, Range 1 East, W.M., be assigned
the name of 42nd Court W.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the County Engineer be and hereby directed to
post the appropriate sign designating the name of said road.
