RESOLUTION NO. 85-21
RESOLUTION IN THE MATTER OF SETTING A DATE FOR PUBLIC
HEARING FOR DECLARING CERTAIN COUNTY -OWNED EQUIPMENT
SURPLUS PROPERTY PURSUANT TO RCW 36- 34.020
WHEREAS, The County -owned equipment described herein, located in the
ounty of Whatcom, State of Washington, at Able Pit, near Laurel Road, said
quipment more particularly described as follows:
A washing and screening plant, Barber - Greene
model No. 48- SSG -G, serial No. 48Y111.
s now and has been property of Whatcom County; and
WHEREAS, the County Executive has determined that it is in the best
nterest of the County and the people thereof to sell said equipment;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of Whatcom County,
ashington, that a public hearing on the matter of declaring surplus and setting
public hearing on the matter of sale of said County -owned equipment, be held
n the 2nd day of may 1985, at 7:30 p.m., or as soon thereafter as it is
ossible, in the Whatcom County Council Chambers, second floor, Whatcom County
ourthouse, Bellingham, Washington, for the purpose of admitting tetimony for
nd against the selling of said equipment.
