RESOLUTION NO. 86 -55A
A RESOLUTION FOR HEARING AND NOTICE
OF HEARING ON SALE OF COUNTY PROPERTY
WHEREAS, the property described in Exhibit "A" which
is attached to this Resolution and incorporated herein by
reference is now and has been the property of Whatcom County,
State of Washington; and,
WHEREAS, the Whatcom County Council, has by a majority
vote determined that it is for the best interests of the County
and the people thereof that said property be sold; and,
WHEREAS, the following terms of sale of said property
appear to be equitable and according to law to wit: cash sale
on personal property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Whatcom County
Council, that a public hearing on the matter of the sale of
said property under cash sale terms, be held on the 8th day
of. January , 198 7 , at 7:30
at the Office of the Whatcom County Council on the 2nd floor
of the Whatcom County Courthouse in Bellingham, Washington;
and,
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Clerk of the Whatcom
County Council give notice of such hearing in the manner
perscribed by law.
