RESOLUTION NO. 86 -64
A RESOLUTION OF APPRECIATION
FOR SERVICE TO WHATCOM COUNTY
WHEREAS, Willard Fry has faithfully served the citizens of Whatcom
County for a period of 35 years as Deputy Sheriff, Motor Pool Manager, and
Equipment Maintenance and Control Manager; and
WHEREAS, his dedication to his duties and obligations has been an
outstanding example to all municipal employees; and
WHEREAS, he has given freely of his time to serve on numerous commit-
tees representing Whatcom County; and
WHEREAS, Willard Fry is retiring from County service on December 31,
1986;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Whatcom County Council does
hereby express appreciation.to Willard Fry for his devotion to his duties in the
protection and concern for the health, safety and welfare of the citizens of
Whatcom County through his efforts to assure appropriate and efficient equipment
was available when needed at all times and for his expertise in management of
the Equipment Rental and Revolving Fund.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this resolution be placed in the records of
Whatcom County and a copy be presented to Mr. Fry.
