ROEHL PROPOSED BY:- ---QQun -ty Executive DATE: November 20, 1-9$6 z RESOLUTION NO. 86 -54 A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE SALE OF WHATCOM COUNTY PROPERTY WHEREAS, the Whatcom County Parks Department has some personal property which it has declared surplus and wishes to sell; and, WHEREAS, the Park Department has itemized the property and by Resolution declared it to be surplus; and, WHEREAS, it appears to the Whatcom County Council that it is in the best interest of Whatcom County to sell said property in accordance with R.C.W. 36.34 et. seq., NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that: It appears to be in the best interest of the citizens of Whatcom County and the Whatcom County Parks Board to sell the property described in the attached Exhibit "A ", which is incorporated by reference as if fully set forth herein; and, BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that: Said sale shall be conducted in accordance with R.C.W. 36.34 et. seq., - Resolution - 1. At the September 22, 1986, meeting of the members of the Whatcom County Park and Recreation Board, the Board authorized the sale of surplus equipment pursuant to R.C.W. 36.68.010 (Disposition of Surplus Park Property).
