INITIATING RESOLUTION
PROJECT NO. _99157
BEFORE THE COUNTY COUNCIL OF WHATCOM COUNTY, WASHINGTON.
IN THE MATTER OF the formal establishment of CRP 99157, )
and award of contract for the Structural Overlay of ) RESOLUTION
Hannegan Road and East Bakerview Road. )
IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED by the Whatcom County Council that it is their
intention to: formally establish CRP 99157 for the Structural Overlay of
Hannegan Road and East Bakerview Road, and to award the contract for said work
to Wilder Construction, Inc. for the amount of their bid of $112,810.00.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that an appropriation from the officially adopted
road fund budget and based on the County Engineer's estimate is hereby made in
the amounts and for the purposes shown:

This project is included in the officially adopted annual road program as
Item # 26 (1986)
The project is hereby made a part of the officially adopted annual road
program in accordance with RCW 36.81.130 as Item #
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that: (check appropriate box)
The construction is to be accomplished by contract in accordance with
RCW 36.77.020 et. seq.

RCW 36.77.060 and WAC 136 -18.
