IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED by the Whatcom County Council that it is intended to
formally establish CRP -99132 for the reconstruction of the Gooseberry Point
Ferry Terminal, and to award the contract for said work to Hurlen Construction
Company for the amount of their bid of $844,533.00.
BE IT FURTHER AUTHORIZED that an appropriation from the officially adopted
road fund budget and based on the County Engineer's estimate is hereby made in
the amounts and for the purposes shown:
