INTRODUCED BY Consent PROPOSED BY County Executive DATE April 3, 1986 �n RESOLUTION NO. 86 -17 A RESOLUTION IN THE MATTER OF VACATIONS J FOR THE COURT REPORTERS AND THE COURTI %/ COMMISSIONER OF THE SUPERIOR COURT FOR WHATCOM COUNTY WHEREAS, it is necessary to establish the vacation benefit for the Whatcom County Superior Court Reporters and the Court Commissioner, and WHEREAS, the Court's schedule often differs from that of the other County departments, so that the vacation schedule given in the "Inside" contract is not appropriate for these employees. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: 1) That for the purposes of vacation schedule, the Superior Court Reporters shall receive the same but no more than the number of vacation days taken by the Superior Court Judge they serve. 2) The number of vacation days for the Superior Court Commissioner shall be established by order of the Presiding Superior Court Judge. 3) That the Superior Court Reporters and the Superior Court Commissioner shall not be entitled to cash out of vacation upon termination. 4) That with regard to all other personnel benefits, including salary, the Superior Court Reporters and the Superior Court Commissioner shall be entitled to the benefits outlined in the Unrepresented Employees Salary Resolution for the current year.
