RESOLUTION NO. 86 -15
A RESOLUTION IN THE MATTER OF AMENDING
THE SALARY SCHEDULE FOR UNREPRESENTED
EMPLOYEES OF NOR -BELL NURSING HOME
FOR THE YEAR 1986
WHEREAS, Resolution Number 85 -62 set forth the salary schedule
for the Unrepresented Employees of Nor -Bell Nursing Home for the
year 1986, and,
WHEREAS, the Council has now approved the contract for union
employees of Nor -Bell, granting then an increase in pay, and
WHEREAS, the Nor -Bell Nursing Home Board of Trustees has recom-
mended through a motion made at their regular Board Meeting in
December 1985 that the salaries of the unrepresented employees
also be adjusted after the union contract was settled retro - active
to January 1st, 1986, and,
WHEREAS, the Nor -Bell Nursing Home Board of Trustees has now
recommended specific adjustments in the unrepresented employees
salaries.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED:
1) That Exhibit A of Resolution Number 85 -62 be and hereby is
recinded and that the salaries of the unrepresented employees be
established retroactive to Janaury 1, 1986, as set forth in
Exhibit A below.
2) That all changes in salary and benefits as a result of enact-
ment of this Resolution shall become effective January lst,
1986.
3) That all other conditions and benefits set forth in Resolution
85 -62 shall remain unchanged.
