A RESOLUTION TO TRANSFER FUNDS IN THE 1986 BUDGET

WHEREAS, the Council Finance Committee intended to include an operating
9
transfer of $61,000 from the Current Expense Fund balance to the Emergency
Contingency Fund in the 1986 County Budget; and,
10
WHEREAS, no resolution, motion or proviso specifically gave direction to the
11
Administration to effect the transfer; and,
12
WHEREAS, it is the intent of the Council to ensure this transfer of monies is
accomplished in 1986;

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, the Administration is hereby directed to
14
transfer $61,000 from Current Expense Fund balance to the Emergency
Contingency Fund by December 31, 1986.
