BEFORE THE COUNTY COUNCIL OF WHATCOM COUNTY, WASHINGTON
IN THE MATTER OF the formal estab-
lishment of CRP 99164, and award
of Contract for the structural RESOLUTION
overlay of Depot Road.

IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED by the Whatcom County Council that it is their
intention to: Formally establish CRP 99164 for the Structural Overlay of Depot
Road, and to award the Contract for said work to Wilder Construction Company for
the amount of their bid of $71,870.00.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that an appropriation from the officially adopted
road fund budget and based on the County Engineer's estimate is hereby made in
the amounts and for the purposes shown:

and Contingencies

RCW 36.77.020 et. seq.
The construction is to be accomplished by County forces in accordance with
RCW 36.77.060 and WAC 136 -18.
