RESOLUTION NO. 87—�
A RESOLUTION IN THE MATTER OF CANCELLATION
OF WARRANTS OVER ONE YEAR OLD IN ACCORDANCE
WITH THE PROVISIONS OF R.C.W. 36.22.100
WHEREAS, the Revised Code of Washington, R.C.W.
36.32.100, provides that warrants not presented within
one year, of issuance shall be cancelled; and
WHEREAS, the below — listed warrants have been
outstanding for a period exceeding one year;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Whatcom County
Auditor and Treasurer are ordered to cancel and strike from the
records of the County the following warrants:
