HomeMy WebLinkAboutres1987-022E, 1 2 3 4 5 INTRODUCED BY: ROEHL 1I II i PROPOSED BY: County Executive k�li DATE: May 21, 1987 RESOLUTION NO. 87 -22 A RESOLUTION FOR HEARING AND NOTICE OF HEARING ON SALE OF COUNTY TAX TITLE PROPERTY WHEREAS, the following described property is now, and has 6 been the property of the County of Whatcom, State of Washington 7 since February 20, 1987; and, 8 WHEREAS, the Whatcom County Council does deem it in the best 9 interest of the County and the people thereof that said property 10 be sold; and, 11 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that it is in the best 12 interest to sell Sudden Valley Division 11, Lot 115, for the 13 minimum price of $933.94, plus costs, and further in this sale 14 transferring mineral rights; and, 15 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that it is in the best 16 interest to sell Sudden Valley Division 5, Lot 36, for the 17 minimum price of $781.06, plus costs, and further in this sale 18 transfering mineral rights; and, 19 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that it is in the best 20 interest to sell Sudden Valley Division 5, Lot 75, for the 21 minimum price of $796.06, plus costs, and further in this sale 22 transfering mineral rights; and, 23 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that it is in the best 24 interest to sell Sudden Valley Division 7,, Lot 46, for the 25 minimum price of $1,154.51, plus costs, and further in this sale 26 transfering mineral rights; and, 27 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that it is in the best 28 interest to sell Sudden Valley Division 7, Lot 54, for the 29 minimum price of $1,154.17, plus costs, and further in this sale 30 transfering mineral rights; and, 31 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that it is in the best 32 RESOLUTION - 1 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 10 11 12 13 14 15 16 17 18 19 20 21 22 23 24 25 26 27 28 29 30 31 32 interest to sell Sudden Valley Division 16, Lot 213, for the minimum price of $1,113.27, plus costs, and further in this sale transfering-mineral rights; and, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that' it is in the best interest to sell Sudden Valley Division 23, Lot 52, for the minimum price of $621.96, plus costs, and further in this sale transfering mineral rights; and, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that it is in the best interest to sell Sudden Valley Division 9, Lot 149, for the minimum price of $917.15, plus costs, and further in this sale transfering mineral rights; and, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that it is in the best interest to sell Sudden Valley Division 14, Lot 112, for the minimum price of $917.14, plus costs, and further in this sale transfering mineral rights; and, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that it is in the best interest to sell Sudden Valley Division 28, Lot 15, for the minimum price of $1,061.77, plus costs, and further in this sale transfering mineral rights; and, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that it is in the best interest to sell Neptune Heights Lot 35, for the minimum price of $607.16 plus costs, and further in this sale transfering mineral rights; and, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that it is in the best interest to sell Emerald Lake Lot 12 -ptn 13, for the minimum price of $681.35 plus costs, and further in this sale transfering mineral rights; and, BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that said prices herein above - mentioned shall not be allowed under contract and shall be paid in either cash, certified check, or money order to the Whatcom County Treasurer at the time of sale; and, BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the Whatcom County Council, that a RESOLUTION - 2 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 10 11 12 13 14 15 16 17 18 19 20 21 22 23 24 25 26 27 28 29 30 31 32 public hearing on the matter of the sale of said property, under said terms, be held on the 113th day of June 1987 at 7:30 a.m., at the Courthouse , Whatcom County, Washington; and, BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Clerk of the Whatcom County Council shall give Notice of such hearing in the manner prescribed by law under R.C.W. 36.34.030.
