RESOLUTION NO. 87 -20
A RESOLUTION IN THE MATTER OF THE HEARING ON
WHATCOM COUNTY'S SIX -YEAR COMPREHENSIVE ROAD PROGRAM
WHEREAS, pursuant to RCW 36.81.121, the Whatcom County Council shall
prepare a comprehensive road program for the ensuing six calendar years; and
WHEREAS, pursuant to a public hearing on this road program, the Council
shall adopt and file the same with the Director of Highways; and
WHEREAS, a road program for the years 1988 through 1993 has now been
prepared by the County Engineer and submitted to the Council.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the date of June 18, 1987 at 7:30
p.m. be set for the hearing on Whatcom County's Six -year Comprehensive Road
Program.
PASSED this 21st day of May 1987.
