6 A RESOLUTION REGARDING THE MATTER OF
PLACING A NAME ON A CERTAIN COUNTY ROAD RIGHT -OF -WAY
7 (BRITTON LOOP ROAD)
8 WHEREAS, the County road right of way beginning at Britton Road and
extending westerly and then northerly back to Britton Road has no name, and

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the above described roadway,
10 located in Section 10 and 15, Township 38 North, Range 3 East, W.M. be assigned
the name of Britton Loop Road,

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Sheriff's Department, the Department of
12 Emergency Services, the Bellingham Post Office and the Bureau of Buildings and
Code Administration be notified df the new road name.
