RESOLUTION NO. 87 -9
A RESOLUTION REGARDING THE MATTER OF
PLACING A NAME ON A CERTAIN COUNTY ROAD RIGHT -OF -WAY
(TRAIL'S END)
WHEREAS, the County road right of way beginning at Loomis Trail Road
and extending northwesterly to Bertrand Creek has no name, and
WHEREAS, County residents residing on said County right -of -way have
suggested the name "Trails End ".
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the above described roadway,
located within Section 14, Township 40 North, Range 2 East, W.M., be assigned
the name of Trails End.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the County Engineer is hereby directed
to post the appropriate sign designating the name of said road, and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Sheriff's Department, the Department of
Emergency Services, the Lynden Post Office and the Bureau of Buildings and Code
Administration be notified of the new road name.
