RESOLUTION NO. 88 -73
A RESOLUTION FOR HEARING AND NOTICE OF
HEARING ON SALE OF COUNTY TAX TITLE PROPERTY
REQUEST NO. 4
WHEREAS, the following described property is now, and has
been the property of the County of Whatcom, State of Washington
since February 20, 1987 and,
WHEREAS, the Whatcom County Council does deem it in the best
interest of the County and the people thereof that said property
be sold; and,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that it is in the best
12 interest to sell Sudden Valley Division #5, Lot 107, for the
13. minimum price of $836.72, plus costs, and further in this sale
14 transferring mineral rights; and, Sudden Valley Division #3, Lot
15 162, for the minimum price of $843.91, plus costs, and further in
16 this sale transferring mineral rights.
17 BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that said price shall not be allowed
18 under contract and shall be paid in either bash, certified check,
19 or money order to the Whatcom County. Treasurer at the time of
20 sale; and,
21 BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the Whatcom County Council, that a
22 public hearing on the matter of the sale of said property, under
23 said terms, be held on the �`�'` day of 7Ta.4,k_o_!2n_
24 1989, at "3:00 P.m., at the Whatcom Count- Courthouse, Whatcom
25 County, Washington; and,
26 BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Clerk of the Whatcom County
27 Council shall give Notice of such hearing in the manner
28 prescribed by law under R.C.W. 36.34.030.
