A RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING COUNTY ROAD PROJECT NO. 99148
AND THE AWARD OF CONTRACT FOR CONSTRUCTION OF
SMITH CREEK BRIDGE
WHEREAS, this project is included in the officially adopted annual road
program as Item No. 10 (1988); and
I
WHEREAS, the construction is to be accomplished by contract in accor-
dance with RCW 36.77.020 et seq; and
WHEREAS, it is authorized by the Whatcom County Executive that it is
intended to formally establish CRP 99148 for construction of Smith Creek Bridge
and to award the contract for said work to One -Way Construction, Inc. for the
amount of their bid of $138,720.95.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Whatcom County Council authori-
zes and appropriates from the officially adopted road fund budget, and based on
the County Engineer's estimate, the appropriation is hereby made in the amounts
and for the purposes shown:
