RESOLUTION NO. 88 -69
ESTABLISHING COUNTY ROAD PROJECT NO. 99163
AND THE AWARD OF CONTRACT FOR SITE IMPROVEMENTS
IN VARIOUS LOCATIONS
WHEREAS, this project is included in the officially adopted annual road
program as Item No. 13 (1988) ; and
WHEREAS, the construction is to be accomplished by contract in accor-
dance with RCW 36.77.020 et seq; and
WHEREAS, it is authorized by the Whatcom County Executive that it is
intended to formally establish CRP 99163 for site improvements in various loca-
tions, and to award the contract for said work to Petersen Brothers, Inc.
for the amount of their bid of $84,153.75.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Whatcom County Council authorizes
an appropriation from the officially adopted road fund budget, and based on the
County Engineer's estimate, the appropriation is hereby made in the amounts and
for the purposes shown:
