A RESOLUTION FOR HEARING AND NOTICE OF
2 HEARING ON SALE OF COUNTY TAX TITLE PROPERTY

WHEREAS, the following described property is now, and has
4
been the property of the County of Whatcom, State of Washington
5
since. February 26, 1988; and,
6
WHEREAS, the Whatcom County Council does deem it in the best
7
interest of the Count}r and the people thereof that said property
8
be sold; and,
9
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that it is in the best
10
interest to sell Division 4, Lot 79, in Sudden Valley Subdivision
11
for the minimum price of $946.65, plus costs, and
12
further in this sale transferring mineral rights; and,
13
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that said price shall not be allowed
14
under contract and shall be paid in either Gash, certified check,
15
or money order to the Whatcom County Treasurer at the time of
16
sale; and,
17
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the Whatcom County Council, that a
18
public hearing on the matter of the sale of said property, under
19
said terms, be held on the 4th day of _ August ,
20
1988, at 7 :0_0 -_ p.m. , at the _ County Courthouse, 311 Grand Ave.

Idhateom County, Washington; and,
22
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Clerk of the Whatcom County
23
Council shall give Notice of such hearing in the manner
24
prescribed by law under R.C.W. 36.34.030.
