BEFORE THE COUNTY COUNCIL OF WHATCOM COUNTY, WASHINGTON.
IN THE MATTER OF the formal estab-
lishment of CRP 99167, and award ) RESOLUTION
of Contract for the Reconstruction )
of West Pole Road )
IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED by the Whatcom County Council that it is their inten-
tion to formally establish CRP 99167 for the Reconstruction of West Pole Road
and to award the Contract for said work to Wilder Construction Co., Inc. for the
amount of their bid of $633,949.00.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that an appropriation from the officially adopted
Road Fund budget and based on the County Engineer's estimate is hereby made in
the amounts and for the purposes shown:

This project is included in the officially adopted annual road program as
Item # 6 (1988).
The project is hereby made a part of the officially adopted annual road
program in accordance with RCW 36.81.130 as Item #

The construction is to be accomplished by contract in accordance with
RCW 36.77.020 et. seq.
The construction is to be accomplished by county forces in accordance with
RCW 36.77.065 and WAC 136 -18.
