RESOLUTION NO. 88 -31
A RESOLUTION IN THE MATTER OF THE WHATCOM COUNTY
COMPREHENSIVE SIX YEAR ROAD PROGRAM FOR THE YEARS
1989 tHROUGH 1994
WHEREAS, pursuant to RCW 36.81.121, Whatcom County has prepared and
adopted a six year comprehensive road program; and
WHEREAS, following adoption of said program, the law requires an
annual review of the work accomplished under the program and a determination
of current county road needs; and
WHEREAS, based upon the findings of the annual review, and after
public hearing, a revised and extended Comprehensive Road Program shall be
adopted.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED as follows:
1. That the Whatcom County Comprehensive Road Program for the years
1989 through 1994, which is attached hereto as Exhibit "A ", be and is hereby
adopted.
2. That the County Engineer is directed to file a copy of same with
the County Road Administration Board and the State Secretary of Transportation.
