RESOLUTION NO. 88 -25
1 A RESOLUTION FOR HEARING AND NOTICE OF
HEARING ON SALE OF COUNTY TAX TITLE PROPERTY

3 WHEREAS, the following described property is now, and has
4 een the property of the County of Whatcom, State of Washington
5 ince the date of tax foreclosure; and,
6 WHEREAS, the Whatcom County Council does deem it in the best
7 interest of the County and the people thereof that said property
8 be sold; and,
9 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that it is in the best
10 interest to sell Division 28, Lot 8, in Sudden Valley Subdivision
11 for the minimum price of $1,325.00, plus costs, and further in
12 hire hale trnnofeerrins minera1 rights; end,
13 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that it is in the best
14 interest to sell Division 17, Lot 72, in Sudden Valley
15 ubdivision for the minimum price of $1,776.32, plus costs, and
16 further in this sale transferring mineral rights; and,
17 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that it is in the best interest
18 o sell Division 30, Lot 28, in Sudden Valley Subdivision for the
19 minimum price of $962.03, plus costs, and further in this sale
20 transferring mineral rights; and,
21 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that it is in the best interest
22 to sell Division 28, Lot 100, in Sudden Valley Subdivision for
23 the minimum price of $842.33, plus costs and further in this sale
24 transferring mineral rights; and,
25 NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that it is in the best interest
26 to sell the NW 5 feet of Lot 39 in the Plat of Bay' View Block,
27 Supplemental Whatcom, minimum price $140.00 plus costs and further in
28 this sale transferring mineral rights; and,

30 BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that said price shall not be allowed
31 under contract and shall be paid in either cash, certified check,
32 or money order to the Whatcom County Treasurer at the time of

sale; and,
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the Whatcom County Council, that a
public hearing on the matter of the sale of said property, under
said terms, be held on the 16th day of June
1988, at 7:00 p .m., at the Courthouse ,
Whatcom County, Washington; and,
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Clerk of the Whatcom County
Council shall give Notice of such hearing in the manner
prescribed by law under R.C.W. 36.34.030.
