BEFORE THE COUNTY COUNCIL OF WHATCOM COUNTY, WASHINGTON.

IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED by the Whatcom County Council that it is their inten-
tion to formally establish CRP 99170 for the strengthening and resurfacing of
Mosquito Lake Bridge No. 140, and to award the Contract for said work to
Cooney- McHugh, Inc., a Division of DBM Contractors, Inc. for the amount of their
bid of $102,703.06.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that an appropriation from the officially adopted
road fund budget and based on the County Engineer's estimate is hereby made in
the amounts and for the purposes shown:

The construction is to be accomplished by contract in accordance with
RCW 36.77.020 et. seq.
The construction is to be accomplished by county forces in accordance with
RCW 36.77.065 and WAC 136 -18.
