RESOLUTION NO. 88 -13
A RESOLUTION REGARDING THE MATTER OF
PLACING A NAME ON COUNTY ROAD NO. 627
(CRONK ROAD)
WHEREAS, the County right -of -way running north /northwesterly off Marshall
Hill Road to Mt. Hope Cemetery, located approximately 0.41 mile west of Mt. Bak
Highway (SR -542), has no name, and
WHEREAS, County residents residing on said County right -of -way have agreed
on the name " Cronk Road ".
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the above described roadway, located
within Section 31, Township 39 North, Range 5 East, W.M. be assigned the name o
Cronk Road.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the County Engineer is hereby directed to post
the appropriate sign designating the name of said road, and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Sheriff's Department, the Department of
Emergency Services, the Deming Post Office and the Bureau of Buildings and Code
Administration be notified of the new road name.
