BEFORE THE COUNTY COUNCIL OF WHATCOM COUNTY, WASHINGTON.
IN THE MATTER OF the formal estab-
lishment of CRP 99134, and award ) RESOLUTION
of Contract for the Reconstruction )
of Lakeway Drive MP 2.52 to MP 3.34 )
IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED by the Whatcom County Council that it is their inten-
tion to formally establish CRP 99134 for the Reconstruction of Lakeway Drive
M.P. 2.52 to M.P. 3.34, and to award the Contract for said work to Wilder
Construction Co., Inc. for the amount of their bid of $797,459.00.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that an appropriation from the officially adopted
Road Fund budget and based on the County Engineer's estimate is hereby made in
the amounts and for the purposes shown:
