A RESOLUTION IN THE MATTER OF AMENDING
RESOLUTION 87 -58, THE EXEMPT SALARY
RESOLUTION TO RECLASSIFY A POSITION
IN THE CLERK'S OFFICE AND COMBINE
THE CLERK'S POSITION WITH
ASSISTANT TO THE COURT
WHEREAS, the Executive has proposed and the Council Committee of
the Whole has endorsed the reorganization of the Clerk of the
Superior Court; and,
WHEREAS, certain changes in resolution 87 -58 are necessary to
effectuate this reorganization;
.NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED resolution 87 -58 is hereby revised
as follows:
