1 RESOLUTION NO. 89-87
2 ORDERING THE SEGREGATION OF THE ASSESSMENT FOR
3 ROAD IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT NO. 8,
4 SEGREGATION NO. 89 -3
5 WHEREAS, Ordinance 87 -55 established procedures for the segregation of special
6 assessments in Local Improvement Districts and Road Improvement Districts, establishing
7 a fee and costs for each tract of land for which a segregation is to be made; and
8 WHEREAS, Weden Engineering has submitted a request for the segregation of
9 Parcel 7 within R.I.D. No. 8 on behalf of the Trillium Corporation, along with a check
10 made out to the Whatcom County Treasurer for $3, to cover the Treasurer's processing
11 fee of $3 for each tract being segregated; and
12 WHEREAS, the original tract is described in Exhibit A, along with the original
13 assessments, dated March 2, 1989; and
14 WHEREAS, the definition of boundaries of the divided parts and the amount of
15 the assessment chargeable to each part can be found in Exhibit B; and
16 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Whatcom County Council that
17 the request for segregation has been duly considered and deems it appropriate that this
18 segregation be made, and that the Treasurer's Office is hereby ordered to make
19 segregation on the original assessment rolls as indicated in Exhibit B.
