6 HEARING AND NOTICE OF HEARING ON
7 SALE OF COUNTY TAX TITLE PROPERTY
8 REQUEST NO. 21
9 WHEREAS, the following descri bed property is now, and has
10 been the property of the County of h'I °iat:.c:om, State of' Washington
11 since January 6, 1989 ; and
12 WHEREAS, the Whatcom County Counci.1. does deem, it in the
13 best interest of the County and the people, thereof that said
14 property be sold; and,
15 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that it is in the hest
16 interest to sell Lot 159, The Glen at Hapl.e Falls, Division #1,
17 for the minimum price of $840.00, plus costs, and further in this
18 sale transferring all mineral rights; and,
19 BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that said price shall not be
0 allowed under contract and shall be paid in ether cash, certified
21 check, or money order to the Whatcom County Treasurer at the time
22 of sale; and,
23 BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the Whaatcom County Council,
24 that public hearing on the matter of the sale of said property,
25 under said terms, be held on the 7th day of September ,
26 1989, at 7:00 p.m., at the Whatcom County Courthouse , Whatcom
27 County, Washington; and
28 BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the CJlerk or the Whatcom
29 County Council. shall give PJotice of suet-, hear.ini4 in the manner
30 prescribed by law under R.C.W. 36.34.030.
