RESOLUTION NO. 89- 65
A RESOLUTION IN THE MATTER OF AMENDING
RESOLUTION 88 -64, THE UNREPRENSENTED EMPLOYEE'S
SALARY RESOLUTION FOR 1989
WHEREAS, it is necessary to establish the salaries for the un-
represented employees; and
WHEREAS, the County Council has disolved the Whatcom County
Health District and established a Whatcom County Health Depatment
in it's place, and;
WHEREAS, the County Council has approved funding for the position
of Whatcom County Health Officer; and
WHEREAS, this position is not currently listed in Resolution
88 -64, and:
WHEREAS, the salary of the person promoted to the vacant position
of Chief Public Service Inspector exceeds the Step specified in
Resolution 88 -64, the Unrepresented Employee's Salary Resolution,
and a change is a needed to resolve this problem.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT RESOLUTION No. 88 -64 TITLED
A RESOLUTION IN THE MATTER OF ADOPTING A SALARY SCHEDULE FOR THE
UNREPRESENTED WHATCOM COUNTY EMPLOYEES FOR THE YEAR 1989 be, and
hereby is, amended by adding:
EXHIBIT "B"

OTHER OFFICIALS
