RESOLUTION NO. 89 -61
ESTABLISHING COUNTY ROAD PROGRAM PROJECT NO. 99168
AIVD THE AWARD OF CONTRACT FOR THE RECONSTRUCTION
OF ENTERPRISE ROAD
WHEREAS, this project is included in the officially adopted annual road
program as Item No. 4 (1988); and
WHEREAS, the construction is to be accomplished by contract in accor-
dance with RCW 36.77.020 et seq; and
WHEREAS, it is authorized by the Whatcom County Executive that it is
intended to formally establish CRP 99168 for the reconstruction of Enterprise
Road, and to award the contract for said work to Wilder Construction Co. for the
amount of its bid of $916,235.00.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Whatcom County Council authorizes
an appropriation from the officially adopted road fund budget, and base on the
County Engineer's estimate the appropriation is hereby made in the amounts and
for the purposes shown:
