ESTABLISHING COUNTY ROAD PROJECT NO. 99178
AND THE AWARD OF CONTRACT FOR RELOCATION OF
NORTH SHORE ROAD

WHEREAS, this project is included in the officially adopted annual road
program as Item No. 3; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Whatcom County Council:
That CRP 99178 is formally established for the relocation of North Shore
Road and
The contract for this project is awarded to One -Way Construction Company in
the amount of their bid of $276,933.00; and
An appropriation from the officially adopted road fund budget and based on
the County Engineer's estimate is hereby made.in the amounts and for the pur-
poses shown.
